The 250 kW mobile generator set is designed for field environments requiring rapid power deployment, serving as a temporary or emergency power input unit. 

Mobile Transportation

The trailer chassis features a standard towing interface design, with an adjustable towing height typically covering approximately 300–600 mm.

Structural Load-Bearing Capacity

The chassis utilizes a welded structure of Q235 or equivalent channel steel, coupled with leaf spring suspension, which can distribute vertical impact loads to multiple support points.

Environmental Protection

The outer shell is made of galvanized steel sheet, with a zinc layer thickness typically between 60–100 μm, which reduces corrosion rate and minimizes the ingress of moisture and dust.

Power Supply for Building and Infrastructure Construction: Used for tower cranes, mixing equipment, and lighting systems, meeting the 250 kW three-phase load requirements of construction sites.

Power Supply for Mining and Oilfield Operations: Used for drilling rigs, conveying equipment, and auxiliary systems, adapting to the continuous load power needs of areas without power grid access.

Emergency Rescue Power Systems: Used for power restoration of communication equipment, drainage systems, and temporary command centers after disasters.

Outdoor Activities and Temporary Power Systems: Used for exhibitions, events, and temporary venues, providing low-voltage three-phase and single-phase mixed load power supply interfaces.
