Engine Assembly Verification

Electrical System Continuity & Insulation Testing
Control cabinet wiring, voltage output circuits, and protective devices undergo continuity and insulation testing to ensure the safety and stability of the electrical system.

No-Load Operation Testing
The unit is started and run under no-load conditions to verify rotational speed stability, voltage output fluctuations, and the absence of abnormal vibrations, ensuring fundamental operational status is normal.

Load Performance Testing
The unit is operated in stages at 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% load levels to validate voltage stability, frequency response, and load-bearing capacity.

Noise and Vibration Testing
Operational noise levels and unit body vibration amplitudes are measured at a standard distance of 7 meters to confirm the effectiveness of the noise-reduction structure.

Temperature Rise and Cooling Performance Testing
Engine and generator temperature fluctuations are monitored during continuous operation to ensure the cooling system maintains stable thermal control.

Final Factory Inspection
Upon completion of all individual tests, a comprehensive final inspection of the entire unit is conducted, including verification of physical appearance, fasteners, labeling, and the integrity of safety protection systems.
